When placing an order on ukecobags.co.uk you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below.

Payment & Title of Goods

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email - Please carefully check all the information and contact customer services on +447305169839 if anything is incorrect.

Payment by credit and debit cards will be debited from your account only when the order is in stock and ready to be despatched. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the error is discovered prior to your receipt of the confirmation email, we will cancel and refund your order.

In very rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice for stock, price, or any other issues and you will be issued a full refund

Stock Availability

We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering, the current stock status is approximate. Some items are more popular than we sometimes predict. If we are out of stock we will endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as we can. If we anticipate long delays or unavailability, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If we are unable to ship your order for any other reason, you as the customer will be entitled to a full refund without question.

Returns and Customer Care

21 day - No Problem - Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your ukecobags purchase - you can either exchange for an alternative product or we can issue you with a full refund - No Questions, No Problem!!

The item must be returned as new and unworn, in its original packaging with all labels intact, please enclose your ukecobags receipt.

Shipping charges for the returned goods will be paid for by you the customer.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or we have sent you the wrong product, please return to the above address, as new, in its original packing with all labels intact enclosing your UKECOBAGS receipt. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund. UKECOBAGS will pay the shipping charges for any damaged or incorrect items.

Baggu products are under one year guarantee under T&C

Only Baggu bags are under one year guarantee with manufacturer so if your Baggu Purchase is damaged after less than a year natural usage*, you will be replaced a brand new same item however we require a photo proof of the damage.

All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will deal with all complaints fairly, confidentially, and endeavour to resolve all queries within a maximum of 5 working days.

No VAT

All prices shown on ukecobags.co.uk exclude UK VAT @ 20.0000%. We are not VAT registered so the price you are paying hasn’t include any VAT. If you require VAT receipt, unfortunately we can not provide.

Trade Descriptions Act

Every care has been taken to ensure that our product descriptions, colours and specifications are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, variations may occur on different screen resolutions.

 

 

*Natural usages: It means you use it for grocery shopping or holidays. If the bags are used for carrying sharp items, it may not be covered one year guarantee. More details please check our supplier Baggu. Damages are usually seen as the missing sewing, drayer, etc.
